That's Amore Cheese
In 2004, Giorgio Linguanti arrived in Port Phillip Bay from Italy. In four years, he transitioned from no English to owning an award-winning cheese company, That’s Amore Cheese. His background in advertising and experience selling regional Italian food inspired his journey. Despite the language barrier, he worked in a cheese factory, sparking his passion for cheesemaking. In 2008, he founded his own business, starting with Bocconcini Leaf, a hit with Melbourne's Italian restaurants. Giorgio's artisanal, handmade cheeses like Burrata and Smoked Scamorza earned chef admiration.
